We The family stayed at Maldron hotel Dublin airport .four times so far this year .Every time we stay it's great staff very friendly it's like home from home can t wait till next time 😁😁😉

Booked this quickly and they were very accommodating. Very good security! Clean and comfortable. Shuttle to the airport. Parking is not free but they validated our rental car for the time we needed to check in and move our luggage to our room.

Better signage to rooms required. Fire door overly tricky and no map to rooms or signage for elevators. Chaos for every first time visitor. Unnecessary stress. Otherwise sufficient. Clean and good for purpose.

WOW!! From checkin friendliness & helpfulness, cleanliness of room & hotel to diner in the Grill Bar I was highly impressed!! NOW, let’s talk about the breakfast. The thoughtfulness and fresh, healthy options was outstanding! I was greeted by Allison, who was over-the-top accommodating! I highly recommend this hotel and want to say keep up the great work! PROS: Nice and Clean Room! Thanks to your maid service! Great Shower and hot water! Awesome Location! Next to airport. CONS: My upfront and foremost concern is "Human" Contact - "Human" Communication! Personally we prefer Human Contact and Communication. Being sent an email for "Pre Check In" and that we can go to a "box" to get our key was sad and NOT any kind of "Customer Service" (Humans have questions about your facility) Being told by a human, as soon as we walk in the door that we should have received a QR code to check in was ridiculous. I didn't care about the QR code or the email because I expected a human to greet us. When we arrived after hours of driving, I had to use the restroom, everything was in my purse, so husband was trying to check us in and that is when he found out about the QR code. It was appreciated that after my husband explained the above situation, she was accommodating and did manage to get our room and keys. The Elevators ... NEED Signage stating where they are! Restaurant: Really not impressed. Items overpriced and not all that. Staff was kind (Thank You) but service was slow.

Lobby of hotel is great. We had King room and we're a bit disappointed as we had just come from another Maldron King room and had less space in the room at the airport Maldron. TV was just on the desk instead of mounted higher on the wall so a bit difficult angle to watch while laying in bed. King bed was larger at airport Maldron, very nice. Extractor fan did not work in bathroom at all. After shower was very steamy. Lifts were small, two people with luggage is about max. Lobby area had system where you could order from your phone to where you were sitting, which was very nice convenience.

Breakfast was not good. Wake up call for 6:00 a.m. came in at 6:32....they apologized....good thing we set a back up alarm or we'd have missed our flight. Proximity to airport was only reason we stayed here. Airport hotel should be more efficient on that.

A very comfortable hotel with a very convenient location.
