Got locked out of my place in the early hours of the morning. Thankfully I was met by a true gentleman, Abdel the night manager. He got me sorted within minutes, and with his kind and courteous demeanour even calmed my nerves. Pristine room, wonderful bed, lovely basic amenities 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great location. Off the motorway and easy to get to. 16 minutes from the black box and from Eamon deacy park stadium. Reception was friendly. Room was not ready at 3.15 pm and that was grand as we could use the pool. The staff at clubvitae could accommodate the clients and guest with a emailed on their face. This morning, staff in the pool busy chatting and serving the guest with a long face.not great now. I would grade the professionalism as 2/5. Hey, may be it’s just me. The bag and grain- staff there were lovely. Good was good and the tacos was nice. The bar was grand. Expensive but hey, it’s hotel price. The bar man that attended to us, Alex- Big shout out to him. Good guy. Conclusion- good experience, clean room, nice bed but staff- can definitely improve.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, rooms very big, beds very comfortable. We had dinner in the bar last night and both service & food was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, very good beds/mattresses, but no German TV channels at all, a no go these days and an absolute reason for exclusion!

Hotel staff was friendly, accommodating and so helpful with our stay! Abbie hosted our dinner party and was so amazing as well! Everyone we came across was so kind, we loved our stay & would highly recommend 🤍

We came for a low-key way of dealing with medical procedures. We want food. A small pharmacy. Soap is scented and smells bad. N o unscented. Maid service came after 3 30. It was a really bad time for us after medical procedures early in the morning. I appreciate restaurants in the hotel. Some of the food was good, some I d leave. No shop for pain meds. My husband did a 10-minute walk to a pharmacy. 9k We could hear others from the picnic tables outside but could hear others in adjacent rooms. Enough parking m Gym is really fabulous with numerous bikes and other equipment.
