At a final of the lady's atlone town/shelbourne match yesterday. Great match. across the road from this hotel. We had food and drinks. Staff were lovely and very young, i noticed. Loads of room to move about, etc. 3 things that caught my attention. Staff needed some training on how to services a bar. Dont have everyone queuing at a bar. it's stupid, and we are hotel guests, not school children, been told what to do. Very unprofessional. Management needs to address this !! 20 mins for a drink at a bar. There is no table service. €8 euros fqor a pint nearly... There was no tonic water when i got to the bar eventually or coffee at a hotel. I was 25 mins queuing. Get it right, guy.

Stayed two nights to attend nearby training. Booked breakfast & evening meal package. Happy enough with price. Food was nice & all the staff friendly - room comfortable with underground parking. Would stay again if convenient to my needs. Only negative was from 7.00 a.m onwards the noise of traffic was noticeable - didn't bother me as was up preparing for training.

This hotel is beyond incredible. My boyfriend and I stayed for a few nights to attend an event at Mondello Park and we were thrilled with our room. The views were beautiful and the overall room was well thought out and tidy. The hotel feels very safe and the lifts to floors with rooms on them can only be accessed if you have a key card. The front entrance is also guarded during the evening. Additionally, parking is also free and there are clear allocated hotel parking spots which was incredibly useful when having a rental car/having your own car. The pool area is really good and easily accessible via the lifts. We were in the hot tub for a very long time but definitely note that if you plan on using the swimming pool then you do need a swimming hat. Location wise, the hotel is very close to a shopping centre with a large variety of shops. The shopping centre is easily walkable as well as the restaurants in that general vicinity. Additionally if you were visiting the stadium then the hotel is next door. I would highly recommend visiting and we’ll definitely be coming back if we’re ever in Ireland again.

Overall I was disappointed with my stay. The main issue was the noise at night from a function. It was unreal. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I could actually hear the words of songs being played. It was so loud. I had worried the road noise would keep us awake but hadn’t expected blaring music!! I was travelling with my young daughter and we chose to stay in a hotel to avoid a really early start in the morning. Well that backfired. We would have had more sleep in our own beds even with a very early alarm. Other things that could be improved: Towels provided in leisure centre are barely bigger than a hand towel. Both lifts were out of order the following morning. On a positive note the food we had was lovely. Bed was clean and very comfortable and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
