Great Irish Pub with live music and entertainment. Also being able to go out back and practice Hurling is great. Bonus to also having Hop House 13 on tap gives them a 5 star!!

I had a great experience at the pub, Garry and the other staff were great and I had a ton of fun!

This place is fabulous and most exciting pub to go to..The owners are so inviting and warm people. I just cannot say enough good things about this place..Its a must stop place to go to if you are in Stoneyford Co. One of the best stops through Trafalgar Tours. Phenomenal experience! Felt like a member of the family! As a group we were given a Hurling lesson and competition. Great music with crowd participation, and was able to pour my own pint!

Fred and his family run a first class pub and event facility. We were entertained by a mistral guitarist/undertaker, had exceptional lamb soup and of course Guinness! It was the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon- we even had our hand at hurling! I highly recommend stopping in to enjoy the atmosphere and a few pints!

Such an incredible experience, what a evenings craic we had mid week in the little village of Stoneford !! A homely traditional Irish pub in the front with little snugs and alcoves to a beautiful modern beer garden/ function room out the back. There was a hilarious singer for entertainment who included everyone in the craic. The bar staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. We stayed in the Malzards cabins behind th pub which I would give 5 stars ! Modern, stylish & Immaculately clean with everything you need, perfect for a night away 👌 thanks guys for a memorable night in Co. kilkenny ,highly recommed !!

We were lucky enough to enjoy live music from an Irish musician, whose soulful songs added a magical layer to the evening. While the pub doesn’t serve its own food, the catering from the restaurant next door was delicious and paired perfectly with the experience. Whether you're after a pint, some live tunes, or just a warm place to relax, Malzards Pub delivers. Highly recommended!

Malzards Pub is an experience you don’t want to miss. The owner is wonderful and the facility amazing. We learned about, and tried, hurling which is harder than it looks. The music, dancing and food was superb. Lots of laughs and fun all around.
