Mama Yo in Dublin

Atmosphere is amazing super cool love the layout interior design very fresh and unique super tasteful! I wish the food matched the atmosphere it was nice don’t get me wrong but have had much better Asian food it felt like an non Italian cooking Italian if that makes sense, hard to explain. We had the ribs for starters; they were ok came in three so hard to share for 2 people. I wish they where more “crunchy” also felt they where a bit bland taste have been better a bit bland like the meat didn’t soak up the flavours. The broccoli for starters was perfectly cooked and garnished. The lemon grass chicken was too sweet my friend couldn’t finish it. I really enjoyed my Mongolian fillet it was crunchy spicy vegetables perfectly cooked for 27euro u expect a bit more beef but that’s Dublin. Overall would give 5 stars but food was ok. Hang dai and big fan for Asian huge focus on food mainly! I would recommend this place as the atmosphere is superb and very tasteful. The food just needs some fine tuning !

I had a really good experience here. The food was definitely amazing, the service was wonderful, everyone was nice and polite and happy to help. Definitely a five star for me.

We had a lovely dinner in Mama Yo. The salt and chilli tofu was delicious, as was the Kung Po tofu. Our waiter Bruno was so welcoming and charming, he couldn’t have been friendlier. 10/10 service!

The atmosphere was amazing, food was 10/10. Leonardo was amazing. Definitely worth it.

Went in July with partner. We found this on tik tok. The restaurant is far out and took a while to get there. The restaurant was very big but doesn’t look it from the outside. The food was lovely. However, felt it was quite expensive

Such a beautiful restaurant with a stunning interior! Such friendly waiters who made sure we had all our food and checked on us a lot, which I highly appreciated! The waiter Leonardo had such great energy making the experience memorable! We had mentioned it was a Graduation dinner to which he remembered and without asking brought out two raspberry cheesecake slices with the word “Congratulations” written on in chocolate. I think this is some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Whatever you are paying is not enough for the service he provides for his customers such an amazing waiter! The food was SO fresh and tasty and the portions were very good also! We also needed to charge our phones due to low battery and the waiter helped us out with zero hesitation! A brilliant dinner and I and my family will definitely be returning!

Went for a family members birthday, really enjoyable experience. Food was tasty, service very good and a good atmosphere in the place. Would return.

Dear Mama Yo Team, I just wanted to thank you for making our visit so special when we came to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Everything from the warm atmosphere to the delicious food was perfect. A special shout out to Bruno, who welcomed us so kindly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and sweet. We also truly appreciated the restaurant allowing us to use your knife and holding onto my friend’s cake for us it was such a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even smoother. We had the best experience in Mama Yo for my partners birthday. Leo our waiter was amazing he was so friendly and made us feel so special. The beef and black bean is incredible and the Singapore noodles are fantastic. Definitely get the duck spring rolls. We will come again!!
