Mama Yo in Dublin

The food was amazing but the service was not the best. We were left standing at the door for 5 minutes while being ignored by a couple staff members who seen us. Staff weren't overly friendly or personable. There was a long wait to get our mains cleared and ask for dessert menu only to find half the dessert menu wasn't available. It was then a wait to be checked on after been given the menus. It was an okay experience, the food was the only saving part.

Been here a couple of times now,and would not hesitate to recommend it.Food ,staff and atmosphere has been great.Dont forget to book in advance so you won't be disappointed.

Tasty Chinese food in an amazing setting. The decor, colour and arrangement of the restaurant (including the views of the kitchen) is great! The food is tasty but nothing out of the ordinary, I specially liked the lemon chicken and the side noodles. The soup dumplings were not soupy enough for my taste, and the skins were a bit on the thick side, but the dipping sauce was spot on. The service was lovely and our server super-attentive.

Had a lovely meal on Wednesday night 16th October 2024. It was my daughters birthday. Our Table server Bruno was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. We will return again.. Menu is not very big but the choice is perfect. They even provided a little birthday cake and a candle. Lovely touch

Great food, service and atmosphere

Loved this place. Came following a recommendation and would definitely come again. The food was nicely presented and we particularly enjoyed the squid.

The restaurant is easy on the eye and I can understand the hype on TikTok. The food is mediocre. Starters were incredibly bland, we had the duck spring rolls and chicken satay - below par compared to your local takeaway. Main courses were definitely better but nothing you would write home about. Overall, I wouldn’t return

Went on a first date here today (1/10/24). Had a wonderful time, food was great, staff were so sweet and accommodating, helped me secure the bag Will come back again for sure

It makes a difference in Dublin with its atmosphere, fast service and friendly staff. It includes almost all the unique flavors of Chinese cuisine in its menus. I recommend making a reservation and going on Friday and Saturday.
