Their Mini, All-Day, Breakfast, is, Incredible, Value at 12 euro, for egg, sausage, bacon, beans, two slices of toast, and a fabulous cappuccino. Delightful, perfect, welcoming, attention and service, from The Family, who run Sisi. Sisi's position in Blackrock, is Brilliant, for "People-Watching", from, either, inside or at it's, pavement table.
