We had biang biang noodles & a spice bag and they were amazing🥰😍

Taste and quantity top-notch...

I have been dining at Xian since 2022, and their signature Spicy Bag has always been very good. However, I have noticed that the quality has changed over the past few weeks. The taste and crispness are not the same as before. I wonder if they have changed the recipe or ingredients. I hope they bring back the original taste soon. Also, a few weeks ago, I ordered a Spicy Bag with extra chicken, but I was given a regular Spicy Bag instead of what I paid for. It could have been a mistake. Overall, it’s still worth the price.

As a spice bag expert, Xian's spice bags are the Best in Dublin hands down. Noodles are great too

I used to love the Pad Thai from here and the noodles were wide and had a homemade taste. A few days ago, I ordered it again and noticed the price has increased, as well as the portion size. The portion is now too big for one person; previously, the size and price felt more balanced. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was that the noodles have changed to thin ones, and the Pad Thai wasn’t nearly as delicious as it used to be. It also seems like some recipes have been altered and are no longer as good as before. Sadly, I’ll be looking for a different restaurant from now on.

The oil-splashed noodles were tasty, but far from authentic. Just think of them as good garlic oil noodles. Also, the noodles were too soft and thin, lacking a chewy texture.
