Mama Yo in Dublin

Possibly one of the most beautiful dining spaces-a stunning room complete with two olive trees. Service is efficient if not a little eager (starter plates were cleared while one of our party was still eating) Enjoy the TikTok diners when you visit the powder rooms.

My favourite Chinese restaurant in Dublin. Great atmosphere, super consistent food and friendly staff.

Have been wanting to try Mama Yo for ages! The interior is gorgeous and the ambiance on a Friday night was so enjoyable. Service was really good and staff are very helpful and friendly. So many great choices for starters, I highly recommend the vegetable spring rolls as they are the best I’ve tried! Also tried the soup dumpings which were pretty good. General Gau Chicken for main was tasty. Kung Po Chicken was good but was a bit cold when it arrived to the table. I was underwhelmed with the dessert options so didn’t get any, but the rest of the food made up for it. Overall a really nice dining experience, but after a second visit I would say that there are nicer places with better food and better prices in Dublin. Probably not quite worth the hype in my opinion .

Had a great experience, service and food were good! Taking off one star as I think it is overpriced for what you get.

Atmosphere was okay… Food was really basic, nothing special. They served dinner about 15 minutes before the starters🙄 (who even does that?) I recommend only the General Gau Chicken. Asides that, the sweet and sour chicken, and the lemon chicken are just bland chicken with sauces. The waitress was nice though. There was a 12.5% service charge on our bill (table of 5 people)

The ambiance is excellent, the decor splendid, the service a bit stretched, the food is too rich with heavy condiments for my taste. The greens in my plate were chopped without care and the prosecco at a price of circa 40euros came in a screw top bottle. Good place to impress but not necessarily for food.

Beautiful restaurant, cocktails and staters were top notch. Mongolian Beef and Kung Po mains were very nice. Staff were attentive and couldn't fault the place. Great spot for a group meal
