I've ordered from here before and it was good, delivered on time, hot and the delivery driver was lovely. This time the food was 20 mins late, luke warm and because of the temperature it didn't taste great. The main problem was the delivery driver, he was very abrupt and didn't even apologise for being so late, I did have a tip in my hand but decided he didn't actually deserve it. I hate giving a bad review to any business but Mario's need to have a word with this driver

Made an order for fish and chips collection at 10.15pm. Discovered Mario's has gone from 4.5 rating to 1. The chips were poor and the fish was for the bin. A complete change with staff members greetings also. Red card I'm afraid. 👎

29/06/2026: Just want to say a very big thank you to all the staff in this shop an incident took place on Saturday 27th of June and to say they did their utmost best in a panicked situation kept calm all the staff came to our aid nothing was too much for them trying to get us accommodation finding best routes to portlaoise hospital I can not thank them all enough .To the man who owns it i appreciated your call to check in on my friend you were so kind.They were all young staff but amazing .Thank you Mary
