McAlpin's Suir Inn in Cheekpoint

A warm and attentive staff catered to us to a terrific meal. Already trying to figure out the next visit.

A fabulous place to sit outside with parasols and bench tables to enjoy the sea views and have great food and even a bottle of Mateus Rose !!

We popped into The Suir Inn as recommended by our Airbnb host and wow so glad we did , we arrived at around 15:50 and the place was bouncing all around the place with a great atmosphere, after chatting to a few folk found out they where all there to see a fellow local on their boat after working in it for 6 years ! Was really once in a lifetime experience and we were treated like locals by everyone including the staff , we ordered a portion of chips that were clearly locally sourced and hand cut that we gobbled up will definitely recommend if you want to feel what it really means to be apart of the Irish community

Just had a lovely meal here. Tasty fresh food. Lovely atmosphere. John was so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Great place to spend a Friday evening
