McCabes Deli in Dublin

Passed by this on the way to trinity and decided to dine in for breakfast. I had a sandwich packed with meats and cheese for 7.5€ which I think is a great deal. My mom had the homemade gur cake which we were told was a popular local classic. The workers were all Irish ladies who were very pleasant people and clearly love what they do, they spoke to us and were very friendly. There’s a large section of sandwich and desserts too plus a little seating area, it’s more affordable than other places and a cute spot!

Good food and great service for an affordable price. 2 french tourists happy to meet the true Dubliners and enjoy a local breakfast.

A gem of a Deli. My self and my brothers have been coming here since January of this year. The coffee is terrific and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely selection of pastries and scones. Fantastic selection of sandwiches and wraps freshly made on the premises. It can be busy but the staff are very efficient so never s long wait. Part of what makes Dublin great.

Delicious and fast and the personnel was very patient as my tourist brain was trying to understand the logic of the menu 🙈 thanks!

Delicious sandwiches in ciabatta bread (the limerick ham one was my favourite), a place that feel like home

An excellent Irish breakfast and exceptional service.
