Our first Pub while visiting Dublin. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was very laid back and casual. The food was served cafeteria style. The ordered the chicken with veggies and it was tender and very tasteful. I ordered meat with gravy it too was delicious. Highly recommend.

Really old traditional pub with bar and lounge and eating areas. Huge choice of beers. Great atmosphere. Easy to find if you find the Molly Malone statue.

O’Neills pub and kitchen is a beautiful, traditional pub and restaurant located in a bustling part of the city. The iconic Molly Malone statue is located directly opposite the pub. There are several floors to sit on and the interior is impressive. Service is efficient and the beer was great.

Although I do get how the service might be improved by the new cantine set up, the atmosphere has suffered a lot. I'd rather wait 30min for my food than get a tray and super dry, heated all day Shepherd's pie in a cantine environment. That's not why I go to a pub. :((( Don't get me wrong, the pie was delicious and the staff is incredibly nice, but I liked the pre cantine /proper pub atmosphere better.

Costa Coffee

06/08/2026: I come here from time to time when I want to have a coffee, open my laptop and get a bit of work done. One of the things I like about this Costa is sitting by the window — it’s actually a nice spot to slow down for a while, have a coffee and catch up on some work. The coffee itself is usually what I expect from Costa and I enjoyed mine today. ☕ The place is comfortable enough to sit for a while, although I think the overall experience could be a little better, especially when it comes to service. Sometimes the small things make a difference when you’re paying around €10 for a visit. That said, I still like coming here. It’s convenient, there’s a relaxed feeling when you find a good seat, and being able to sit with my laptop and enjoy a coffee without feeling rushed is a big plus for me. Not perfect, but definitely a place I’m happy to return to. A few improvements in service and consistency would easily make it a five-star experience for me. ☕💻

The Arlington Hotel O' Connell Bridge

25/06/2026: I love the sense of feeling the past and history of this hotel and also the fact that it is situated in the heart of the city. If you like traveling on foot, this hotel is for you as everything is just a walk away. The staff were very nice and accommodating, too. I booked this hotel via Expedia because of its location and because of the fact that it was listed as “shuttle to the airport included”. But unfortunately for me, that information was incorrect. Story short, instead of saving on shuttle to airport, €40 more added on top of the hotel stay. But hey, did that dampen the Dublin experience?! Not really. It would’ve been nice if Shane (front desk) offered me a complimentary breakfast as a cherry on top for that hiccup though. It would’ve been nice. (Smiling) Anyways, please be advised that the walls in this older buildings are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, might want to consider using earplugs and/or a silent love-making. All in all, still a great place to stay if you’re looking for a great location and if they little things don’t really bother you. Thank you staff!
31/03/2026: I booked this place for 2 nights as a last minute change in plans. Check in was easy. Staff were very nice. location is perfect. The bar/restaurant is great. Room was nice cozy and not noisy. Would stay again.
