McDonald's in Letterkenny

Special mention to the person who cleans the tables and floor properly (and clears trays from inconsiderate customers) with a smile, even during the rush. A clean McDonald's is a rare sight these days. Thank you, Madam.

Convenient location. Good menu, hot drinks. Outdoor seating available. Good parking. Polite and friendly staff. Relatively fast service. Easy to order and pick up on the Mac Drive-thru.

I had an excellent experience at McDonald’s thanks to Danny. From the moment I walked in, he provided absolutely top tier customer service — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He handled everything quickly and efficiently while still making every customer feel valued and appreciated. Danny’s positive attitude really stood out and helped create a great atmosphere in the restaurant. The place was clean, upbeat, and well-organized, and his energy clearly had a positive impact on both customers and staff around him. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and naturally good with people. McDonald’s is lucky to have Danny on the team — outstanding service all around.

Great place, the food is quite tasty, I enjoyed it a lot, but I was disappointed that there are no potato dips on the menu :( because this is my favorite type of potato
