26/07/2026: I've been to this Subway quite a few times, and overall the food is always good. The shawarma sub is definitely my favourite—it's really tasty and one I'd recommend.
The staff experience depends on who serves you. There's a blonde lady with short hair who seems to expect customers to know exactly what they want before getting to the counter. If you know your order, she's quick and efficient, and I've never personally had an issue with her.
However, I've seen her come across as impatient with customers who are unsure or take a while to decide, which can make the experience feel a bit uncomfortable.
On the other hand, there's a lady with black hair, who I believe is the manager, and she's always been lovely and welcoming.
There's also a younger member of staff who's genuinely one of the nicest people I've met—she's always friendly, patient, and makes everyone feel welcome. She has such a positive attitude and really adds to the customer experience.
Overall, the food is consistently good, especially the shawarma sub, and most of the staff are fantastic.
My only criticism is that some customers may feel rushed if they're still deciding what they'd like to order.
15/04/2026: I've been to many Subway locations, but this one hits
differently. First off, the ingredients here actually look
vibrant and fresh, not like they've been sitting under heat
lamps for an eternity. The bread had that perfect, subtle
crunch on the outside while staying soft inside—a rarity
these days.
While the food was a solid 5/5, the vibe and service were
more of a functional 4. It’s efficient, sure, but lacks
that cozy "stay a while" energy. It's the ideal spot if
you're on a mission for a high-quality meal but maybe
less so for a relaxed sit-down date. That said, the
precision in how they built my sub was impressive—no
sauce leaking everywhere, just a perfectly engineered
sandwich. Definitely adding this to my "reliable lunch"
rotation.
