Staff were friendly and helpful

I've lost count how many times my cappuccino has been nothing but milk, hot water and chocolate sprinkle. Heartbreak every time because usually the coffee is really good.

Quick service and doing well with the situation we are in.

Only half a logo on the waiting bay signs, extremely disappointing, half job done. Please sort this out

This place has become quite disappointing. At first, I thought the issues with my orders were just isolated mistakes, but it's now happening almost every second time I visit. It seems to point to either careless staff or poor management. There are frequent mistakes with orders, either you receive the wrong items, or something is missing entirely. It’s incredibly frustrating to get home or stop somewhere to eat, only to realize your order is incorrect or incomplete. Yes, perhaps it’s wise to double-check the bag before leaving, but when you're paying for a service, you expect it to be delivered properly, especially from a drive-through, which should be convenient and efficient. As for recommending this place, I’ll leave that decision to you.

I don’t typically leave reviews on fast food restaurants, but wow. We came in at lunch time, and the staff were working so hard and efficiently. I’ve never seen a manager who cleans the bathroom and takes out the trash, but the manager was doing all of this while still checking up on his staff and asking how they were doing today. Food was cooked very well, and we love all the Christmas decorations!
