I ordered 3 happy meals on Just Eat, I received 2 one of which was wrong(requested hamburger with just ketchup it came as standard). I rang McDonalds and spoke to the manager. I explained what was wrong she said 'theres nothing I can do about that'. I asked her to get the missing happy meal delivered she said 'no because we(McDonalds) would have to pay for that because we dont have our own delivery service' I asked what she could do and again I was told 'theres nothing I can do about that contact just eat for a refund' totally unacceptable, it was McDonalds error, 2 very disappointed children and an overall terrible customer service experience. I'm in disbelief that a company of McDonalds scale wouldn't even cover a delivery charge to sort out a customer complaint.
