Always a surprise when u visit McDonald’s in Kilkenny. Will I get everything I ordered. ?. Never too much. Will the ice cream and milkshakes be on. Will I get home on the same day I arrived. McDonald’s.kilkenny. The gift that keeps on giving.

very dirty. Dirty hall for visitors, dirty toilet.

Food good but almost cold when you got it

No athmospher it is like your in a line in and out no conversations between staf and customers i no ye are there to make money but i think ye have gone to far

Anytime I get a burger it's always freezing 😔

My child and I went here for breakfast, put in our order and sat down to wait for it. After a few minutes one of the staff members comes over and tells us that breakfast is finished and would we accept the McMuffins without cheese or bacon as we had ordered. This was before 10:30 am. According to head office, this should not happen. If you cannot fulfill the order, do not accept it. As an update, we received hand written coupons for a free meal and an apology stating that their clock was off by ten minutes.

Замовляла бігмак міл. Кисловатий трошки бігмак. Є вибір дієтичної коли. Дали цілих 5 пакетиків кетчупу, дуже за це Дякую ☺️
