McDonalds food is standardised so never changes. On this particular day the chips were served pretty cold. The restaurant was clean as always. This location is always busy making it extremely noisy which some people don't like. I chose to pay cash on this visit and work only one cash desk open, the queue was ridiculous - Plenty of staff looked out at queue but no one opened a second register to ease it. This is the main reason for my mediocre rating.

Always the same in all of McDonald's restaurant's, near cold burgers and chips. I know that they have been around for quite sometime but they need to work on keeping food hot or at least somewhat warm for customers. Maybe the Irish restaurant chain should look at the French franchise of restaurants where the food is nearly always hot.

A standard McDonalds, the store was clean, and staff worked to maintain it. I was served the wrong drink but asked the staff to replace it, which they did with no issue.

I had a lovely breakfast here the other morning after dropping a friend to the airport. It was hot and very tasty.

It’s generally grand , but my orders were messed up a good few times. Instead of hamburgers you’d get a chicken fillet in the buns , or like another time I got a mcplant patty in a Big Mac. Also found paper in the McMuffins , assuming it was from what the patty is frozen in. Other than that tho I still go to it.

20/06/2024: Staff very helpful and welcoming
23/04/2024: Coffee is always delicious, same with pastries. Staff are always very friendly and nice to chat to. Place is clean but I find it to be very dark inside, good amount of seating.

Dublin Airport Terminal 2

30/08/2024: Arrived with Aer Lingus Regional in an ATR. Stand miles from anywhere. ATR don’t fit ambulift. So had to shuffle down steps on bum. It’s undignified. Minibus to me and my chair to arrivals gate. Rest of trip through airport was smooth and uneventful, until taxis. I use a small folding power wheelchair. Same size as a 30kg suitcase. Taxis are supposed to take anything. Two successive taxi drivers refused me. Taxi marshal stood by and watched. Equal access fail.
26/08/2024: Good variety of restaurants and shops and generally well organised. Quality of food is questionable and some of the “security” people need to upgrade their manners.
