Missing a couple of things from order. Was a good bit of a wait

Ordered a Happy Meal with a toy but go a pack of Uno cards instead. This is not a toy. Ordered a qtr pounder without cheese on the self service kiosk but, guess what, still got the cheese. Please do better, especially on kid's toys!!

Upon arrival I was met with nothing but disgust and shame. The young fella spat and called me slurs Fionn sparky the name was I believe please assure me this matter will be swiftly dealt with. If not you will have lost a valuable customer. I have been a daily customer since my meemaw introduced me back in 05’. Their toilets were also worse than stall 2 a breeding ground one might call them.

It's a Macca's. They're all pretty much the same.

I called this morning for my takeaway wrap and coffee, the lady taking my order was so pleasant and welcoming we had a lovely chat. When I went to collect my order, I accidentally spilt my coffee in the car cup holder. The gentleman at the window immediately offered me napkins to clean it up, gave me another coffee and again offered more napkins and also took the saturated napkins. They were the most pleasant pair I've met and so professional giving excellent customer service. Thank you for being so kind

Very busy but no issue with food order was correct and actually hot ,place was fairly clean also

It is what it is,fast food, fast service

Stopped here on way home from airport. Ordered 2 meals chicken sandwich and big mac and 3 teas. took 15 minutes for food to be served. We opted for dine in and all food was put in bags no trays were available. I had to ask a member of staff to assist me to bring items to table. Teas had been made and sitting on shelf dor at least 5 minutes before food was ready.

All good, no problem with food or service, but the screen saying orders are ready and moving your number to the collect now side nearly 8 minutes before it's actually handed over is very annoying
