18/04/2025: Working with a child with additional needs and we went to burgerking today in birdhill to discover there after having a power failure .he couldn't understand how he can't get his cheese burger meal vanilla milkshake and nuggets. Tried suggesting we go somewhere else he was having none of it .we wait till it comes back .we rang and they told us could be over a hour before power be back explained our case and a big shout out to the staff they managed to put something together for us and rang us when it was ready .we called into collect it met by the staff and they couldn't do enough for us .I asked the service user what do you say to the girls he said thank you .I was able to leave with a happy child .Again thank ye all for what ye done today 🙌
