Iā€™m a regular at this drive-thru and just wanted to appreciate Sonia for her excellent service. She recognized my usual order (McPlant with custom changes, nuggets, and marinara sauce) and even helped me pick the right sauce when I forgot the name. Itā€™s really nice when someone remembers regular customers and makes the experience smooth and friendly. Sonia truly makes the visit better every time. Thank you!

Got the big arch burger from macdonnels jetland Sunday. What a heap of slop ..no taste nothing good. Only I was rushing I have sent it back. The fries were cold too

06/03/2026: I had a really great experience at The Terrace in UL, and I especially want to highlight the excellent service provided by Sarah, Tara and Harry. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made sure everything was running smoothly and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, all while keeping a warm and positive attitude. really went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. She was professional, efficient, and clearly cares about providing great customer service. Itā€™s always refreshing to be served by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and wants customers to have a good experience.
