Maybe all McDonald's are like this... but on the rare occasion I'm dragged here, its noisy, messy, unclean, and food is muck. Also very awkward unless you're driving. I don't think there is even a path to the restaurant.. for drivers only

Honestly, this McDonald’s is a mess. Every single time we order, something is missing. Today — two pies. Last time — one fries. It happens every time. We order takeaway, and when we get home, we always discover that something’s not there. Going back takes extra time and energy — and it shouldn’t be our problem. Even when we ate inside, we had to go up three times because they kept forgetting items, and staff looked at us like we were the problem. This is ridiculous. Please fix your service — customers are tired of paying for incomplete orders.

Lately, most fast foods dropped their service levels, at least in Dublin. They select your order as being ready on their screen while it's actually still being prepared so it even disappears from the customer facing screen. This Wai they hit their quota and sometimes you wait a lot for you to get it. This place is no exception.

30/12/2025: The first time I went in there it was good food decent staff nice second time I went in there on the 30th the service was ok staff was quite nice until I got my drink 7 up with flat had to get a remake than got my food pulled pork burgers nachos fries and a drink price was ok 25 Euros food was cold though chips for lukewarm and I had to get the food reheated waitresses very rude she said to me I was the one that flattened to the drink on purpose and then I lied about the food being could no lie food was very warm friend got a pizza that was ok won't go again because the staff is so rude
25/12/2025: Nice place but the food isn't great... The best food there is pizza and chips but prices this days are not to friendly. Staff if superbly kind and helpful!!!

Wrights Cafe Bar

19/12/2024: We had our Christmas party for the 3rd time there! Food was good as always, but the music wasn't as good as previous years, and one of the bartenders had a bit of an attitude at some point! Overall it was a good experience, and we are looking forward to finding out what's coming next year! P.S.: Ruaidhri was there for us every year for our Christmas parties, making sure that we are having the best experience, so we do hope that we will see him there again in the new wrights adventure!
05/12/2024: Booked my birthday party at the birdcage and it was lovely. Great atmosphere, Paddy the bartender made us amazing cocktails and overall a good idea for a small gathering birthday party!
