Tables were not clean in places. Looks like the cleaner didn't turn up. Disappointed 😞. Toilet however were very clean. And the food was good.

So I went to it today and what happened was that we got a happy meal and instead of chips we got 2 chicken nuggets it was good but there was no oat milk for the coffee and a few days ago we ordered 2 large chips but we only got 1

Big Mac always cold. This time they didn't even put Big Mac Sauce on the cold burger...Queue too long to be going back complaining. They should read the comments. I don't know how as a franchise they get away with being consistently poor over such a long period.

One of the better McDonald's in Ireland. Food is prepared well and according to the restaurants guidelines with all products coming out very standardized. Service is quick in the drive through lane although sometimes a little convoluted inside the restaurant. Music is occasionally too loud inside the restaurant to enjoy sitting and eating.

McDonald's Arside has been understaffed, resulting in partially wrong orders. It is not employees' fault. The workload is insanely high, combining delivery, drive through and in-store.

20/11/2023: A lovely jolly girl who served me today, she showed what care to customer is all about. She was very attentive to my needs and I was so impressed with the fact she made sure there was no onion scent of my food as I can't stand onions by changing her gloves and turning over the chopping board.this is the type of Girl every establishment needs at front of house. Thank you for such a pleasant experience today I think the girls name was Jenny and a well priced place I will 💯 % be back
