McDonald's in Portlaoise

Busy McDonald's, food arrived fairly quickly, the drive thru was quite busy, and the staff were very friendly. Nice place like most McDonald's I'll definitely be back again. Thank you to everyone for your great service.

Young man called Sean think he’s a manager now… if I could give 6 stars I would. Used to come years ago with my husband thru the drive through and he was always so helpful and smiley. My husband got sick and we haven’t been in about 2 years, he passed a few months ago, but him and Sean would always chat away to each other. On the road this morning and decided to stop in to McDonald’s to get a coffee and straight away he recognised me! Small thing like this made a huge difference, and I left with a smile on my face… whoever promoted him knows what they’re doing… easy for young people to not care about their part time job but to me it’s clear he cares about what he’s doing. Even the staff on the floor all smiles, makes such a difference to service standard also. Keep doing what you’re doing ☺️

Lovely staff very helpful as i was not ordering. Child lost toy and bought a new one.

I frequently pass by Mc Driver here. Nice fast service. Happy to recommend this place .

Great service, was served by a young red headed girl named kayley!!! My partner and i felt very uncomfortable as we felt like we were watched by some lady manager just lingering and judging her staff, very bad to be treating staff like this as a happy worker us a good worker,any ways thank you kayley for your services fast and polite....

For months ive tried to get a frappee here everytime not available, today we asked why it is not available apparently the machine is broke🤔 just going to stop going there . I was told before by a employee sometimes they put on unavailable when they are under staffed

Average mcdonalds food was warm... not much service seems order via machine and collect on a tray.

Had to wait a long time for food this morning

Over crowded. Under poured on drinks.

McDonalds Portlaoise, I can't praise Martine enough! We were there with our autism class and one of our students was having a difficult time. Martine was so understanding, calm and helpful! We are all still talking about how her swift and kind action really helped us calm the situation. Martine, thank you! You are a star!
