Crazy rush but the timing of delivering the food was on time and the consistency of taste was the same as any other good McD's. This was my first time at this location. Loved it...

Pity that is placed in such a small area that is always a fight to go in and out. Fiona the cleaning lady couldn t do enough for help out....she is superb. All the staff is constantly very nice

Hi there, I wanted to share my recent experience at MC DONALD with you. Overall, I found the restaurant to be quite spacious, but chaotic on busy Saturday and Sunday evenings. The food was okay, but there were a few instances where orders were either missing, wrong, or incomplete.One major issue I encountered was the difficulty in finding parking, especially when the restaurant was busy. The drive-thru line often blocked spots, making it challenging to get in and out. Additionally, I found the customer service to be lacking and the ambiance to be just okay.I believe MC DONALD could benefit from more efficient queuing arrangements and cleaner toilets. There were also times when the food I received for takeaway was cold. I hope this feedback is helpful for the improvement of the restaurant. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Went through the Drive through on the way home from ASDA . IT'S so unfortunate but this time we decide to check our Our order at the collection point & Just aswell as it was short items again. This has happened at numerous times in the past numerous times. It's just not good enough. Everyone remembers the actor JOE PESCI in LEVTAL WEAPON when he with Mel Gibson & Danny Glover leave the drive thru and they also discover their order is short but it's too late as they pulled away in the station wagon car !. . Not only the Cavan branch of mc donalds I have experienced being left short at their DRIVE TRU's - Liffeyvalley - Kylemore Road. So check your orders at your food collection points more often until management get this correct.

Today I order food via Mcdrive ,they didn’t put me my raspberry and white chocolate pie. Also, they didn’t put cheeseburger 1 week ago. Poor experience.

We were served twice by a lady called Fiona and can I say she was absolutely fantastic so friendly chatting and bubbly. On another occasion we asked the manager if we could get the toy that was there at Christmas max the dog. He looked at the back and couldn't find one. So he went and got one from the machine on display. Our little boy was delighted as our own dog ate his other toy he got there weeks previous. 😆 anyways we really appreciated that. And we love been served by Fiona. Our boy is 5 and he even said how lovely she was

All in all we had a great food the chicken rap an fries was very nice it was the first time I had one from there would have it again the drink was the only thing that let it down but other then that all good
