I’m a support worker and recently visited McDonald’s Artane with the people I support. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and proactive. They were very attentive to the people I support, and I observed the same level of care and attention given to other customers as well.

I wanted to order a Caramel Pie, but it wasn’t available. That was disappointing, as I was really looking forward to it. The coffee was okay—hot and tasted fresh. Staff were polite, but the limited menu was a letdown.

20/05/2026: Love this place fantastic staff, staff are beyond fantastic my life is stressful as it us and McDonalds gives me 20min of mindfullness whick I cannot overestimated of course coffee is the best and I love the automated service and and you still engage with the staff.Teddy loves the chicken selects.

Captain Americas

28/05/2026: Hi, a person of 68yrs who has been a great supporter of Captain Americas through the years. Back in late 70's ,was nurse training in local area, 10 in the group & would have regularly gone for dinner in restaurant. After that ,visited often,when in Dublin cityh. My family would also have been regulars. My youngest Son, insisted on a visit with us ,before he emigrated to Canada on 2017. Captain Americas has been a big part of my life for many years. A lot of good memories. Sad to see it go, but hope new enterprise will be as good.
14/05/2026: We were lost, not knowing where to eat; it was after 3:00 PM. And yes, without any problem, they served us a delicious meal: a beef stew and a lamb stew. Thank you for your attention. May 12, 2026
