McDonald's Citywest in Dublin

I normally pop into McDonalds in Nutgrove for a hamburger, but the other day I popped into City West (Im a taxi driver). I got a Hamburger, there was no pickle on it, the ketchup was spread over to one side and leaking out of the bun, the waiting time was over 12 minutes..... I wont be going there again, I would rather drive to Nutgrove McDonalds where every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, the food is as you would expect it and the waiting time is only a few minutes.... such a difference in one McDonalds to another 🙄

Big space ,lots of seating places ,big car park

The workers where not bothered they were telling me what drink I wanted cause they had no ice cream products at all so no ice cream no shakes no frapie and no ice cream and dats a disaster

Everything has really improved at this Mc Donald's and I've been impressed lately with the hole lot of the above about this place highly recommended it to anyone who will listen to me

Love the porridge pot and the range of coffees

Food and service were good, but the tables and kid's highchairs were dirty, and they weren't letting any kids into the play area to play. They made some excuse about the door to the play area being broken, but there were two doors entering the area, so that seemed like a brush-off type answer to me. They can't both be broken. Also, the upstairs food order machine wasn't working properly.

Upstairs closed and loud and full of teens but that macdonalds for you

Nice big McDonald's. Good spacious upstairs.

A good McD. Good service. Nice staff. Generally it's clean.
