Lovely woodfire sourdough. Top drawer pizza, no notes

I like a Dave Portnoy style margherita pizza. Thin base, charred under carriage and good flavoursome toasty cheese. I felt the guy listened to me and even checked in with me when he handed me the box to say he hoped I liked the level of char. It was a fab pizza and I went back two days later for another. He wasn't just baking a set pizza...he took onboard my request. One of the best I've tasted - no flop and max crisp bite around the crust. Well done ya'll!
