Rude staff who spend most the time standing at the food talking to colleagues. Waited 15 mins and got served with cold food, and an attitude! I asked for Salt and the server walked away, turned and faced me and scrunched her face, Rem was her name! Weirdos in that place

Horrible experience, 5 you g fellas about 13 harassing two foreign guys minding there own business, when reported it yo the manager he just laughed it off . Will never go near that again . Then got cold food and it nearly thrown at me

22/03/2026: I’m a regular customer and while the food is generally at an acceptable level, I’ve been quite disappointed with the customer service. What made me write this review was my recent experience on the phone. I called to place an order for collection, but as soon as I asked, the person on the phone didn’t even let me finish and responded “bro, we don’t do collection on the phone, you have to order online,” and then quickly hung up. I found this quite disappointing. A bit more politeness in how customers are spoken to would make a big difference. I hope management look into it.
