Food is delicious staff members even better but us customers need to learn a bit of manners while I was waiting for my buns for my 6 o’clock tea I was watching some customers being verry rude suppose that’s Karens for you

Excellent fresh food, the quiche is gorgeous the salad bar is so clean and fresh, highly recommend it, great value for money too

The produ9ce is great, the service is not. I entered the shop, and there were just two people being served. One was ordering a cake, and the other had a large order. As I stood there, the shop filled up. I stood next to the till, and when the assistant finished, she walked away. And served others. When I pointed out that I was next, she shrugged it off, and the other assistant served me in a short time. When I raised the issue, I was ignored, which was bad manners. I suggested that they should ask who is next in the future. Use of 'please' and 'thank you' would not go amiss. Another store that doesn't teach their staff basic manners.
