I had the special: roast beef with mash potatoes and rainbow carrots. The roast was a bit of a departure from American beef roast but the carrots and mashers were great. Service was excellent. Will update with new menu choices.

Food was decent, but no one even inquired how I was doing during my visit. Staff acknowledged me finally when they noticed I had finished my meal.

Absolutely best food around Dublin so far. Bao buns (pulled pork, and beef) was just mouthwatering. Fish and chips soft inside and crunchy outside.. even the fries was to die for! What an experience! Steak was great as well.. just a bit unlucky with peper sauce it happened to be a bit too “buttery”. House dressing on salad amazing too! Anyway highly reccomend, amazing food, brilliant service. Thank you very much

Although the street isn’t particularly inviting, the pub itself is smart inside and out. Staff friendly and efficient. Good food. Excellent location if travelling by train or tram.

Good location if going to Croke Park r travelling into Connolly station r Busarus. Really nice decor. Guinness was good. 4 different main courses between us, all enjoyed. But lads, the deserts were a complete con job! If you're not going to do them right ... don't. Poached peaches and ice cream. Straight out of a can with a miserable dollop of ice cream. The chocolate cake...not much better!

27/01/2025: Lovely. I went to Ireland for the first time after my mom passed away. I wanted to learn more about my mom who always celebrated our Irish heritage in lots of things—the church, St Paddy’s Day, and The Virgin Mary. She’d warm me about her ‘ Irish Temper.’ ☘️ This is a cute spot I went to the Speed Dating Event which they have there. Look in advance and book it hotels in area. An Irish farmer wanted me to live with him straight away 🤣🤣🤣. It was lovely fun. They slowed down the accent for me as I’m from California. Truly a unique way to have fun and travel. Here’s to travel and cultural events. I hope the farmer found love. I was tempted. Big hugs from Laurie across the water. Sending Peace and love NOW and always. Laurie from CALI Very reasonable fun and so fun. Dublin is walkable at night!! I’ll be back.
