McGoverns in Gorey

Came to Gorey to see where my grandparents were born and used to live. Within minutes of being in here we were given details of the local historian and approached by locals who offered information they thought would be helpful. Absolutely fantastic. Lovely locals and a great pint. Will be going back before we go home.

I recently organised a hen party at McGovern's in Gorey, and I honestly can't recommend it highly enough! We used the upstairs function room, and from start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Every detail was thought of — nothing was too much trouble. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Whether you're planning a special event or just fancy popping in for a pint, McGovern's is a brilliant choice. Great atmosphere, great service, and a real gem in the heart of Gorey.
