Had the loviest weekend with friends in McGrory’s. Everything and everyone was just great. Rooms warm, spacious and clean. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Service excellent. Christmas decorations were beautiful. So festive. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Stopped in the bar for a drink on a Friday evening in mid November. The place was surprisingly lively for the time of year.

Provided an excellent finger buffet and the most delicious soup 🍲

A lovely hotel in the quiet village of Culdaff. Food is great and there is a lovely blue flag beach within walking distance. I have stayed here numerous times. It's my happy place .

I will only note the catering because we did not sleep at the hotel. Rather high price for food. Drink at the usual price. Our two chicken dishes were uninspiring. The chicken was overcooked, the large fries were undercooked. The burger was super dry, almost without sauce. Honestly disappointed Dessert was a little better, although the flour taste was predominant on our apple dessert.

Essen schmeckte gut. Die Beilagen sind separat zu ergänzen, so dass der Preis ein wenig nach oben schnelltr. Die Bedienungen waren bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Nachdem der 3. Wunsch von der ellenlangen Whisky Karte allerdingsnicht erfüllbat war, hat der Barman eine Empfehlung abgegeben. Er wusste, wonach es uns war.

Stopped in here last Sunday for a quick snack. Service was pretty poor, light bites menu was not available from the menu even tho it said served daily between certain times, i.e. within the time we were there. Anyways not to worry, an appetizer would do the job. I ordered calamari and they sent out beef nachos. They recognised their error and rectified it fairly quickly. However, while I was waiting on my calamari another staff member came to clear the dish my mam had received even tho she was clearly still in the middle of it. My calamari arrived and it was delicious. Food in general was of a decent standard. We did ask for when our order was taken but it never arrived. A pretty underwhelming experience but one that could be improved with a bit of training.

Visited McGrorys for 4 nights this week. From start to finish we had a sublime stay. The king size bed , bath/shower were of the highest quality. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of choices. Evening meals were first class, with the freshest fish, sublime chowder and the 50,50 steak,chicken merits special mention. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, specially teas for the bedroom a safety matt for the bath/shower was provided on request. They dud everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The young trainees were both enthusiastic and polite. The senior staff were fully professional at all times. Inishowen is lucky to have such a wonderful facility such as McGrorys.
