From the time I walked into the hotel,I felt so welcomed, the front staff that booked us in we're very pleasant and friendly, the bedroom were spacious and airy,very comfortable beds,decor was lovely,Bar staff were very good and helpful, food excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel,10 out of 10

Overall I found this hotel to be a pleasant place to stay in and it's in a very good location (within walking distance of the town of Claremorris. We found the rooms to be pleasant, clean and roomy. I felt there was a lack of staff on duty but those who were there were helpful and friendly.

Super clean and comfy rooms, amazing shower, great leisure centre, delicious food (big thumbs up from the kids too!) and the best staff .. all so professional and friendly. Thanks for a great stay. 5 stars

Used the hotel as a base between Ballinrobe and Knock. Ideal location if going to knock shrine or the Ballinrobe race meetings. Lovely large reception area, room was spotless. We ate in the bar food was good. We will definitely go back again â˜ș
