29/09/2025: We had a beautiful lunch in Athlone golf club yesterday. 6 adults ,2 teenagers. The menu was varied and interesting. Staff friendly. The portions were generous. My salmon was delicious. Great atmosphere in the clubhouse. Gorgeous views as we dined. Lots of golfers out playing. Course looked immaculate.
