Located about 25 minute walk from city center. I booked the room with AC and couldn’t use it because it made a loud whistling sound. Couldn’t open the windows either since the construction kept banging when the wind was blowing. The shower also didn’t get hot enough to my liking. The included breakfast for the room was alright. Staff were super friendly and let us check in early.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Galway. The staff was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, it was spotlessly clean, and most importantly, it was quiet and had a great atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel staff amazing, got checked in early which was great after travelling early from Donegal, got a lovely room, we had a meal included in our staff it was beautiful and a compliment bottle of wine, breakfast was outstanding lovely hotel and free parking will be turning again this week excellent value through Rory’s travel

Lovely staff, very nice hotel. Good breakfast and evening bar. Lots of parking spaces. About 30 min walk into the Latin Qtr so a little bit out of town but bus 407 runs every 30 mins or take the walk it’s quite nice.

stayed here for 2 nights recently as a party of 3 adults. Very clean throughout, rooms excellent. Location is great as its a 5 minute drive into the town centre. Ample parking out front. There was building works going on whilst we were there but it didnt disrupt our stay at all. Food in the bistro was excellent, staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice, and food in the bistro was delicious. would stay again.

Second stay at this hotel and a real reminder of how rare true quality service is. I dined in the restaurant tonight and was genuinely impressed — a thoughtful vegetarian selection and plenty gluten-free options.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. After extensive travel and countless hotel stays, I can confidently say the service here is exceptional: warm, polished, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely professional. That level of hospitality is not easy to find.
Places like this are rare find. I will certainly be back. Thank you.

Excellent Hotel with very warm welcoming staff and extraordinary Breakfast!! Close to the center by feet , almost 1.2 km and very very good prices! Must stay in Menlo if you visit Galway!!
