Milano in Limerick

Had the best experience with customer service here last night. I mistakenly ordered from Milano Dooradoyle on Just-eat.ie. I then proceeded to turn up at their Harvey's Quay restaurant. The manager immediately offered to make me the same pizzas (for no additional charge; I had already paid online). Both her (I wish I'd gotten a name...) and the chefs went above and beyond to accommodate me, especially considering that this was the end of their shift and they were tidying up. This is what customer service is always about. I would 100% go back and give this place my business 🤌🍕✨️

It was quieter than some of the places we visited during our trip to Ireland, which was appreciated. The food was good. Nothing absolutely spectacular, but filling and priced appropriately. I'd go again, and recommend it.

We had my daughter's 9th birthday party in Milano's Harvey's Quay On Saturday 16th Nov and I cannot stop thinking about the wonderful experience we all had. It was a party of 17 9 year olds and 2 adults (my husband and I) and my daughter said it's her favourite party so far!! Not only was it different to all other parties and not only were the girls delighted to eat Pizza for breakfast but the staff went above and beyond to make it all so special. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who looked after us for the 2 hours and I was extremely impressed by their attention to detail providing chef hats, aprons and sticker moustaches to the children. It was a 2 hour party but we could have stayed all day. The chefina taught the girls how to roll out their dough, helped them toss it and allowed them put on all the toppings themselves. Nothing was an issue for the staff and they were more than accommodating providing laughter and knowledge throughout the whole event. The food was delicious, the service was phenomenal, location perfect and price well well worth it. If you are looking for a birthday party idea with a twist for your children I promise you won't be disappointed by having a pizza party at Milanos :)
