The pizza is good but the prices are awful. 20 euros for a pizza?! Unfortunately I didn't see the prices until I sat down. I would not have entered if I saw prices. In Sweden a 20 euro pizza is a luxurious pizza with supreme taste and the best ingredients you can find. It tasted well but it wasn't that good. I'd pick another place, there seems to be many pizza places in Galway. I regret going here.

Have eaten here a lot over the years and have been very disappointed the last two visits. Some of the staff lack basic hospitality skills and don't seem to be able to cope with more than one table at a time. Hoping next time we visit things will have improved.

This is a great spot for catching up with friends. The food is amazing and the staff are very warm and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and has a good time. 100% recommend

It was very good, we ate good pasta and pizza there. The dessert was super good especially the incredible chocolate cheesecake. The waitress was very nice. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience at Milano. The manager, Rebecca was exceptionally kind to our table. She accommodated us with allergies that we had at the table. The kitchen staff, from what I could see was lively and made us so comfortable with our allergies at the table. Thank you so much to the Milano staff. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

As we arrived the staff were very lovely. We ordered the dough balls to share which were delicious and came with garlic butter, pesto and some tomato paste also. Service was very quick but we were notified that there were no prawns and chicken at all in the restaurant which was disappointing. Overall the food was delicious.

Had the family pizza deal with 2 sides and dough balls. Pizzas not bad but nothing you’d be wanting to come back to eat again. Staff polite but it took approximately 50 minutes for food

22/01/2025: We ordered a takeway online while we were on the bus home the other day, and unfortunately were still stuck on the bus when it was ready and out for delivery, but the amazing delivery man (forgot to ask for his name!) offered to pick us up on the way and drive us and our pizza back home! Such a nice and kind guy, he made our day :D

12/06/2024: Loved this place! Reminded me of Steak & Shake in the states. Food was close to American but just different enough to let you know you're in Ireland! Would definitely visit again if I ever get back to Galway.
18/05/2024: We actually went here by mistake, but we will definitely be back. The atmosphere of an American bistro is perfect, the food is amazing and the prices are right. Local shaks are a chapter unto themselves. Thick, giant, served in a stainless steel "cup", so it stays cold throughout the meal, and with whipped cream on top. I had a KitKat and ended up eating large pieces of the cookie with a fork. Brčko was not enough for them :-⁠D On the second visit, we tried Dot dog and wings. Both again great. The restaurant confirmed that it is really worth stopping here for a proper meal. By the way... They have their own ketchup and mustard on the tables. Not started. Not because they were newly added, but simply because the guests like the food as it is prepared and do not need any added sauces.
