Milano in Galway

Love this place for a quick bite. Normally bring the family and share pizza and pasta. Good value and good staff with a quick service

The food was good, though our GF pizza was undercooked; the service was average at best; and the atmosphere was very good.

From the minute I walked in the door, I received absolutely phenomenal service. I was greeted by Rebecca at the door. She was so accommodating when I asked for an area by the window and our waiter cian, He made me feel so welcome with his amazing service. I was served an amazing gluten free padana (a must try for anyone). I suffer from coeliac disease and was taken care of and reassured that it was made accommodating for my allergy, I saw my waiter wash his hands before serving my gluten free dish and as someone who has struggled to find someone so accommodating, it was such a reassurance. I will be returning 100% after my experience with such high trained staff!

Had an amazing time in Milano Galway. The waiter, Cian, made me feel so comfortable and were so good with helping me decide with my gluten allergy. Gluten free dough balls were to die for. The manager Rebecca was so lovely as well when we were leaving. Will be back!

Had my first date here with my actual partner and everything about it was perfect! Can't wait to go back.

The pizza is good but the prices are awful. 20 euros for a pizza?! Unfortunately I didn't see the prices until I sat down. I would not have entered if I saw prices. In Sweden a 20 euro pizza is a luxurious pizza with supreme taste and the best ingredients you can find. It tasted well but it wasn't that good. I'd pick another place, there seems to be many pizza places in Galway. I regret going here.

Have eaten here a lot over the years and have been very disappointed the last two visits. Some of the staff lack basic hospitality skills and don't seem to be able to cope with more than one table at a time. Hoping next time we visit things will have improved.

Este es un gran lugar para ponerse al día con los amigos. La comida es increíble y el personal es muy cálido y amable. Hacen todo lo posible para asegurarse de que todos sean felices y se diviertan. Recomiendo 100%

As we arrived the staff were very lovely. We ordered the dough balls to share which were delicious and came with garlic butter, pesto and some tomato paste also. Service was very quick but we were notified that there were no prawns and chicken at all in the restaurant which was disappointing. Overall the food was delicious.
