Milano in Dublin

We had an incredible experience at Milano’s, thanks to Robyn, our server. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her warm, positive attitude made the entire evening so enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do, and Robyn’s professionalism and kindness stood out in every way. She truly made our meal memorable - thank you, Robyn!

Great service and lovely pizza! Booking in advance recommended at the weekend as this place always seems to be busy on weekends.

Good food but waiting a long time for food.

Few years back close to Halloween I was walking by with a friend and thought to grab something to eat. Walking in the guy at the booth gave off a bad vibe like he didn't want us there. After we got a table the server was very nice and the food was great. The prices were very good and the atmosphere was nice. I would recommend this restaurant.

Shown to my table, but waited for a menu. I had to ask after 10 mins. Ordered a starter and a pizza to come together. Waited around 20 mins until a waiter apologised to me for the wait (I suspect they didn't put my order to the kitchen as other tables were served before me). The pizza looked good but disappointingly had very little taste, and was quite wet. The starter also lacked taste, apart from the saltiness of the anchovies. Quite disappointed. 3.8/10

Takeout - They "lost" our online order (to a delivery collection maybe), which meant we had to wait another 20 mins for them to remake the food. Staff made no attempt to make up for the mistake of inconvenience. It can really take the sting out when you offer a drink to make the wait more tolerable or throw in some dough balls etc. The whole experience was just a bit cold and careless. Pizza itself was OK.

Excellent food. Reliable to visit wherever they are. Same standard across all outlets.

Pizza sin gluten - delicioso. Bolas de masa GF - delicioso. Servicio - servicial y justo. Hubiera sido 5 ☆ bit pay by app no estaba funcionando para Google pay (dijo que estaba en modo de prueba) - así que tuve que cavar el plástico (ha sido un poco amigo)
