Very spacious and clean and tidy outlet. Great for an early morning g coffee

The one star is just for the items I ordered below. Supermacs Balbriggan - just had a coffee and fries. Coffee was weak, no taste of coffee. The fries were luke warm. Myself and my son frequent Supermacs a lot and are normally very satisfied with what we order,👍 however, I never order plain fries or Americano &. Unless there is a big improvement I won't be ordering those two items again. Don't let this experience put you off Supermacs if you haven't already tried them. Their Taco fries and ice creams are delicious.👍 Also, toilets are always spotless👍

Having worked all over Ireland I've been in quiet a few supermac's and they can be hit and miss, ballbriggan is consistently delicious food is always so fresh from chips to southern fried chicken down to the consistency of their curry sauce and to top it off the staff always very friendly the manger and staff clearly take pride in how it's run

Food is great but there's never enough staff so your order is rarely accepted especially on the weekends, you'd swear there's 2 people working there it's insane

I would describe the supermacs and papa johns in Balbriggan as average as there's a few things that there's room for improvement as the vouchers that supermacs and papa john send out each year some of the staff say that they don't accept them and one of the staff members that work there accept them and he's great to deal with and the service when the food is being cooked needs to be improved as they need more staff there and the staff need to be quicker when they're cooking the food and making the pizzas as well as last year I was an hour or more waiting for a plain chicken breast sandwich with bacon and they got the order wrong on 3 occasions on the same visit that I was in supermacs and the supermacs vouchers that customers have that are old should still be accepted as there's no expire date on them and the meals in supermacs are far too expensive to be paying the money for and the government needs to introduce the 9% vat rate like they did during the covid-19 pandemic as it would bring customers back to the fast food outlets and they can also still use the vouchers that supermacs do post out to people's houses
