Moe's Cafe in Tramore

If you’re looking for good food and spectacular views, this is the place! I love that in a sunny day you can sit outside and enjoy your meal while contemplating the sea. The coffee is good, quick and attentive service and nice coffee. I think the combination of good food, food coffee and good view, makes this the perfect spot!

Great food in a beautiful location on the beach front

We visited this lovely café on the beach promenade twice for breakfast. The meals were delicious and plentiful, and each of us (two children, four adults, including one vegetarian) always found something tasty. The atmosphere is incomparable.

Moe's Tramore Located on the Lower promenade with ample parking along the road in front of the cafe. Worth noting that during the Summer season, parking fees apply, but they are minimal. The decor is totally perfect for its location, with plenty of timber and stonework, giving it a casual beach hut type vibe. Yet kept very clean and comfortable at the same time. Due to the volume of people that Moe’s has to deal with at peak times, if ordering food, you take a menu, find a table, and when ready to order, do so at the counter, where teas and coffees will be promptly served to you, where you add your milk and sugar beside the counter, while your food is dropped tot the table direct from the kitchen once ready. It can be hit and miss if you get your tea and coffee in a paper cup, or ceramic one. On our first visit we were served in paper cups, which i didn't think much of, as takeaway coffees and teas are their primary outlet for tea and coffee, but on our next visit, we got proper cups. A welcome improvement would be the ability to order a pot of tea to the table, and maybe the addition of filter coffee, with refills available if required. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. Having not been in Moe’s for several years, as I was previously unimpressed, we decided to give it a go, and we are certainly glad we did. The food was cooked to perfection, and plentiful. I struggled to finish the full breakfast, especially as due to being served on cold plates, the food was cold by the time I got to the end, again, only a minor observation, and in no way took away from the quality or quantity of the breakfast itself. Definitely great value. They have a great selection of food available here from Breakfasts, to Pizzas burgers, pasta, as well as teas, coffees, cakes and desserts… you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Great food and an even better view

As an African (Zimbabwean) living here, this place has the best ACAI BOWL in Ireland. Thumbs up to you guys. Even my 1yr old wouldn’t stop digging in as well 👶🏽🫶🏽

Food good but be prepared for a wait

Got the Southern Fried Chicken Burger, including the chips & drink. For the price, it is ok, a tad expensive for it, though.

Staff friendly food only okay.toasted sandwiches had very little filling chicken burger burnt and dry... chips were lovely. The girl that brought our food was very friendly .

Smoothies are good You have to order inside but they don’t tell you this All the staff seem to be teenagers Food was decent- we got chicken (goujon) caesar salad and the avocado mozzarella toastie. chips were good.
