I went on Friday midnight. It was awesome experience. It was bit crowded but perfect atmosphere to enjoy with friends.

01/10/2025: I love hook and ladder however, when I went in here with my partner, there seemed to be one experienced waitress and she was accompanied by 2 co workers on the floor. These people didn't seem to do much leaving this poor girl do 90% of the horse work. Leading to slow orders and slow service. I waited about 10mins to get a table (normal for hook and ladder) , 10minutes to get an order in.
