Lovely restaurant with delicious food and a friendly waitress. However, there was a slight delay both when our order was taken and when we received the bill. Payment was processed quickly, but I wasn’t impressed that a service charge had been added without this being mentioned beforehand, which felt a little crafty, especially given that the food was already quite pricey. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service and lack of transparency regarding the service charge detracted somewhat from the experience.
We stayed at the Morrison on two separate weekends and ate at the Grill once, as well as getting coffee/tea from the bar every morning we were there. The food was good (particularly the soup), but the highlight for us was the service. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It was also very convenient given that we were staying in the hotel.

A lovely, sophisticated atmosphere and exceptionally attentive staff. While the prices are on the higher side, the food is truly delicious. I was particularly impressed with the service: I was able to sample several wines before choosing a glass. I also ordered extra bread with my appetizer and opted for the Parmesan and truffle fries with my burger instead of the regular ones – neither of which were charged extra. Overall, a very generous and welcoming experience.

Im a coeliac and i got a Ribeye Steak with potatoes and Pepper sauce, they have an option for the beer as well (estrella galicia), the service was amazing and Sara our waitress was very friendly!

Had Afternoon Tea on a Tuesday at 130pm. Staff were lovely and friendly. We had the Fancy Pants tea and a Gentlemen’s tea. Must say the flavours were top notch and the portion size was great. They even boxed up our leftovers nicely for us. Was a great day out, would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.
