Lovely spot. Great Guinness for €5.70 and old school vibe. Horse racing on the TVs, staff and locals proper dubs. Great for a drop in pint.

A nice little old-school pub with a cozy, traditional feel. The prices were reasonable, and the publican was friendly, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. A great spot for a relaxed drink without breaking the bank!

Haven't been in Morrisseys for at least 5yrs. Had a lovely couple of pints. I actually done my apprenticeship here in the 70s (76-80). Looking forward to getting back in at some point. Hopefully this year.

The HUB Café

19/05/2025: I’ve visited this café a couple of times. The atmosphere is generally nice and quiet, but unfortunately, one of the staff members (the male employee) comes across as quite unfriendly and lacking in warmth. A more welcoming and approachable attitude would really improve the customer experience. Small details like this can make a big difference. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and leads to better service in the future. I don’t know if he’s sleepy since it’s a morning or maybe he has some problems with work… please do something about that
08/05/2025: My new favourite work lunch spot. Staff are lovely! Coffee and toasties are amazing. Great gem to find in the area.

10/04/2025: The most delicious Ravioli Portofino ! And a glass of Pinot ! Perfection 😍
04/04/2025: Had a lovely but very small sized Ragu. Irritating to then have to ask for Parmesan and a spoon. Ordered wine but no water offered so had to ask again. Gave me the dessert menu but I was allowed about two minutes to view before the waitress tried to take it away again. Dessert ordered but tasted not home made. Disappointing.
