Cool hotel in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet.

Fair enough for a two-night stay. Location is very close to the tram, which easily takes you to the city centre. There are several options for nearby meals, and parking is very expensive but safe and easy to find. The air conditioning is very noisy, making it hard to sleep. I made a complaint at the reception, but there was no solution.

Our first time at the Gibson and we had a wonderful experience. Arrived a little early to check in and the girl at reception was extremely pleasant and advised us to pop into the bar while she fast tracked our room. While in the bar we decided to have some food which was delicious. Again the bar staff were excellent and friendly. Our room was perfect and while not huge it was ample enough space for us. All in all it was great stay with the Gibson and its location was brilliant. We will be back ❤️

Solid hotel. Workout room very nice. I would stay there again. Only reason not 5 stars, there was nothing exceptional.

Directly facing the 3 arena and right beside tram. Very spacious, clean rooms.

Lovely hotel in a gray location with good food

We had an amazing time at the Gibson, the room was lovely. We requested a room with a tub and were not disappointed. The shower was also a good size. We used the bar and also had room service and it was so handy after our concert only having to go across the way to be back in the hotel. I’m quite a cold person and the room and hotel were also warm enough, especially given how cold it has been lately. The breakfast was lovely and the staff friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again !

The only hotel I love to stay in . Friendly, great atmosphere and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Jerry at reception is so welcoming and has the most wonderful manners. Eric in the bar is also an amazing gentleman, so friendly and helpful and always has a welcoming smile , that’s the reason I live the Gibson hotel. We always have an amazing time and can’t wait to be back in April for 2 nights . Thank you for another amazing stay .

First time staying at the Gibson and I was pleasantly surprised at home spacious the rooms are. I brought my daughter to see the Deftones play and decided to make a night of it. I booked this hotel due to it's closed proximity to the 3arena but didn't realise how close! It is literally a stones throw away from the venue. The only gripe I had was that two of the bath towels and stains in them and the shower head was broken which was a little off putting but overall the staff and facilities were great.
