What a fabulous garden to visit. Tranquil and rejuvenating. The autumn colours are very special.

Great place. Really enjoyed the visit. Lots of different types of trees. The river is also amazing. Avoca makes the visit easier with the food you can get from there

The Mount Usher gardens are a beautiful mix of trees and plants from all over the world. We came here as a family and enjoyed a slow peaceful walk around the gardens before settling down at their Avoca coffe shop for lunch. The food was spectacular. Although the service could be improved I found it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend

A beautiful garden beyond compare. Marvelous, with a tremendous number of different plant species. Incredibly large and beautiful trees. Now in autumn, they show different shades of color. There's an entrance fee of €10 per person, but it's worth it. There's a tour that takes about an hour. I highly recommend it.

We visited in the autumn and the colours are stunning. It's a beautiful garden/arboretum crafted around a clear flowing stream, the River Vartry flowing down from the Wicklow Mountains.

It is a very nice place to visit with a good selection of stuff. The cafe was busy but the food and service was good.

A beautiful Robinsonian Garden with river Vartry flowing through it. Established on the former tuck and then corn mill grounds in the late 1800s. It grew from an acre to its present 23 acres. Great collection of exotic trees and shrubs from all over the world sourced by the Walpole family. An unforgettable experience of visiting the gardens (arboretum) with its autumn colours.
