Mountkennedy Inn in Newtownmountkennedy

We stopped here on a whim after the place we were intending to visit was closed, and we're so happy that we came here! Everyone was very nice to us and the bartender was friendly and quick with her service! We only stopped here for a pint before heading to our next stop, but if you have more time in this area, stop at The Mount Kennedy Inn!

Late lunch, so it was quiet but the food was fab and fresh & hot.

Didn't eat, but amazing local pub, didn't treat me as a stranger. Great staff and great beer, clean toilets, what more could you ask for, will be back! Edit: Got back for food and was definitely not disappointed, the Philly Cheesesteak should have a statue produced in its honour! Wow!

First time here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely lovely. My husband got fish and chips. Fish was lovely the batter light and crispy.

Lovely local pub. The waitress was very kind and friendly. Good place to come for a drink. We can’t rate the food because we are gluten intolerant and there were not many options.

Great food always. It’s my local pub and the owner Alan is a great guy! Highly recommend it from Thursday till Sunday for the food and atmosphere 👍👍👍

Top notch for food drink and atmosphere.

Went there couple of days ago, food was great! My blue cheeseburger was amazing, just how I like it, juicy and full of flavour! Thank you very much!
