Mountkennedy Inn in Newtownmountkennedy

Just a quick pit stop for a beer and some light refreshments - crisp's and soft drinks for the kids. Service was excellent - top notch - polite and friendly. Tried a Irish lager - Ri Ra - was fine.

If you are passing by Newtownmountkennedy, The Mount Kennedy Inn is a must visit. The pub serves delicious food and has a great selection of beer taps. The staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful. It has a summer terrace and plenty of place to sit in for any group size. It has a very cozy atmosphere too. Really lovely place.

Great place for food, n music venue

Checkout "Grand Walking Tours" on youtube. I planned to come here for lunch while my motorhome was in for wheel alignment accross the road. Reviews look good and photos look good. I was not disapointed. Friendly staff and good food i was driving so was unable to test the Guinness ...

Lively spor, full of locals, with good beer and atmosphere, no problems mixing with the clientèle, worth a visit!

This is a really nice pub, staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is lovely and always well presented. Lovely Guinness as well. I would reccomend this bar if going through the village.
