This is a really nice pub, staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is lovely and always well presented. Lovely Guinness as well. I would reccomend this bar if going through the village.

My husband and I went for dinner and from the beginning the staff was super welcoming and helpful, always checking on you making sure everything is okay. The food is lovely so as the staff.

To be fair we went at lunch on a very wet and cold Thursday so it was pretty quiet but that's what we wanted. The food was delicious, staff were great and the place looks awesome.

Great lunch experience, arrived in around 2pm Saturday and no issue getting a seat, looked after from moment arrived in. Food was great and drinks went down nicely too🍻

The Coffee Place

18/06/2026: The Coffee Place very quickly became my partner and I’s go-to café. The women working there are always sweet and attentive so the service is on point every time, the vibe of the place is just so comfortable and community-oriented, and the food is consistently lovely (especially the soup!). The Coffee Place was one of our first date spots and we still bee-line to it whenever we fancy going out for breakfast or picking up a coffee for our walks. Thank you girls!
