Had fish & chips; hot and made fresh with peas

Very nice terrace with a good choice of food, hot, cold, fresh bakeries, coffee. Offers an in and out terrace, with very much light! You get a number so that the food is served with table service. No need to bring back your tray. Free sauces and tap water. There are clean toilets. Good work Mark And Spencer Café Team

A great view over Grafton with a good range of options in the cafe.

Perfect place to rest and recharge after walking and shopping along Grafton! Ample seating, clean toilets and good variety of cafe food. They even have a nice alfresco roof terrace. Staff manning the counter was polite even tho they had ran out of quite a lot of the different coffees. Overall great location to have a break.

More like a canteen than a cafe. Ok for a cup of tea or coffee and snack. Not my favourite

At 6 p.m. on a Thursday evening, the place was almost empty. The kitchen had closed but all I wanted was coffee and the machine was still on. So happy days. Quick service from a well trained and polite barista.

Nice airy space with outdoor dining. Good selection of Cafe food, and drink. The selection of wines not too extensive, but adequate nonetheless. A favourite rendezvous with shoppers, and tourists needing refreshments.

A lovely airy cafe on the 3rd floor with a glass area and a patio/outdoor seating. Nice coffee and beautiful carrot cake and cinnamon rolls.

Called in here for a quick lunch snack. The service was rather unsatisfactory. The man who took payment was wearing a face mask so I couldn't understand what he was saying. I was served my coffee in a cup but was informed they "don't do saucers"! This isn't just coffee, it's M&S coffee!! There are many better places around, so I doubt if I will return.
