Lovely spot for dinner for coeliac. The gluten free pizza was amazing! A light crisp base and plenty of toppings. The gluten eater I was with approved! They have a separate area in the kitchen where it's prepared. They serve it on a wooden board, I queried whether non-gf pizzas are served on the same boards and was told the gluten containing pizza boards have a black circle on them while the gluten free boards have no markings on them. A lot of the menu items can be adapted but it's not necessarily marked, the server was clued in regarding what can be adapted. Dessert was delicious, toffee and coffee pudding with ice cream.

Had a great one night stay in Mulcahy's recently. We were in Clonmel for day two of a wedding, and they were able to accommodate our party of 8 with no hassle. Sharon was responsive to my queries and re-arrangements and even added breakfast to our booking for very little extra! We also got a call not two hours after checkout to let us know we'd left an important item behind, and they were more than willing to post it if it couldn't be collected. Location was central, breakfast service was great & rooms were perfect for our short stay.

Carvery lunch i expected to be a bit better, got some burger with mash, veg etc...everything nice bar the burger, burnt all around the edge with a big soggy piece of tomato on top with onions fried and onion ring...was not great tbh. Gravy not great either. But everything else good inc service

Superb service all round, from reception, bar, and breakfast. Nice comfortable rooms. The bar menu is excellent, and food tasty and well presented. Very central location in Clonmel. Lovely people working here.

Lovely guinness and beautiful soup of the day (peppery curry vegetable soup). Great value kids menu too, it's probably closer an adults portion in a lot of places tbf!
