Not open till March, but I've experienced the service and food here on numerous occasions and it's second to none. We had a great chat with owner Martin today and a good laugh about Whorley the snail 🐌

11/09/2025: Good place to eat if you fly into Shannon, it's about 2km from the airport, the food is quite varied and good, it's like a motorway service area buffet, you choose what you want and pay at the till, they don't serve alcohol and the price is quite reasonable
