Munster Dining Room in Waterford

We had dinner at the Munster Room twice during our stay at Waterford Castle and really, really enjoyed it. Both evenings we tried different dishes and everything was delicious. Very good food, beautiful atmosphere and excellent service. And I have to mention the flambé pancakes — absolutely amazing! 😄 Honestly, one of my favourite things we had there. Really, really good. Overall, a great restaurant and a very pleasant surprise. We enjoyed both dinners and would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you are staying at Waterford Castle or even if you are somewhere nearby. Verdict: definitely worth it. And try the flambé pancakes!
